1988 Western Star Stainless 3000 Gallon Water Truck, 400 Cummins, Eaton 15 SPD

Pre-emissions Cummins 400 Western Star with custom 3000 Imp gallon stainless tank with baffles, custom platform for mixing, with tote and box storage. Comes with Honda pump with 3" hose and inductor. Last saftied in 2021 when it got all new brakes, new tank hold downs, any rust scrapped away and some new crossmembers. Shouldn't take much to safety, in very good shape. Tank has never seen chemical.
